The following information details the terms and conditions for that you to buy goods or any services. By purchasing any goods or services, you may agree with all our terms & conditions.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an order (custom print or design) just contact our team soon for that kind of issue. if our team isn't proceeding with the next step towards order processing then only cancellation is possible. We always care about our customer’s money but in some conditions, the process is not stopped and for that reason, we do not agree to cancellation after a few hours of placing an order.
You are entitled to a reasonable opportunity to inspect the products and are expected to return the product in its original condition.
We do not offer refunds and returns on customized products. Any wallpaper or murals with defects caused by Giffywalls will be replaced or refunded. Products or services that become unavailable within 20 days from payment will be arranged for a later delivery date or refunded according to our refund policy.

Production and Delivery
Our team works hard to deliver orders and services as soon as possible. Our Quoted Delivery time is just approximate based. In Some Cases, Delivery takes place up to 20 days from the start of the contract (After Receiving Payment). We cannot handle or be responsible for delays or errors made by any third-party courier or postal services. We will always take care that the order is securely packed and sealed in a rigid material. Any damage that the package may incur during transit should be noted upon delivery and signed for as damaged.
Custom Duty & Taxes
The Customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Team Giffywalls is not liable to pay any duty or taxes of any local state or country.
The Wallpaper or Murals should be inspected prior to installation. Any defects should be reported to Giffywalls. claims cannot be made after the product has been used or installed on walls. We are not responsible when you hire anyone to install and they made any mistake while installing the product on the wall.
Minor Variations in color may occur between prints, Mainly Color Variations happen Due to screen resolution or screen brightness. We can not be held responsible for discrepancies between monitor settings. Where color accuracy truly matters we recommend first ordering a sample swatch and seeing the color gamut and then ordering the full panel. Claims for color variations cannot be made unless a printed sample has been approved. we can only offer replacements when it is agreed that the variations are evidently noticeable.
Each Print was Tested and Checked 3 times in our Warehouse. Our master production team checks the quality of each and every strip of wallpaper and if we are not 100% sure regarding the quality of print or paper then we are not happy to serve that roll to your doorstep.
Some Unlucky moments happen sometimes and that creates a problem with wallpaper, just contact our master team, and Team Giffywalls will make all efforts to serve you the topmost resolution as quickly as possible.
