Using DHL was a mistake! They have a terrible user interface when trying to correct a (simple) mistake. Otherwise I am very pleased with this purchase and proud to put onto my wall. It came packaged vey well, free from any shipping dents/dings. The instructions for putting it up on the wall are very clear and it is packaged to hep you avoid mistakes. It includes wall paste, instructions, and a smoothing tool. Unfortunately, I didn't feel qualified to put up such long (150 inch) strips, so had to hire a professional. Total cost was still a great value. I had no contact with "customer service" so didn't rate it above.
